What is level 1 condition of refurbished concrete pump?

⑴Whole machine high – pressure hot water + environmentally friendlycleaning agent for cleaning:
⑵Exterior sheet metal ≤3 mm dent repair, epoxy primer + polyurethanetopcoat, paint film thickness >120 μm;
⑶Hydraulic system pressure/flow calibration,electrical system insulation ≥2MΩ;
⑷Replacement of one pair of original factory concrete pistons.
⑸Replacement of the hopper upper assembly (including new screen);
⑹Complete set of main cylinder seals (SKF);
⑺Hydraulic oil filtration to NAS 8 grade.
⑻Replacement of all cutting rings, large and small ends, mixing seals, andswing cylinder seals;
⑼Engine maintenance: Engine oil + three filters + oil – water separator.
⑽Clean and replace the hydraulic oil tank, replace the return and suctionfilters, and fill with new hydraulic oil to MAX-10 mm;
⑾New conveying cylinder;
⑿New eyeglass plate and S-tube assembly replacement(weld overlay ≥3mm)
⒀Original mixing blades and accessories;
⒁Whole machine pump test ≥ 2 hours, pressure ≥31.5 MPa, pulse ≤±2%;
⒂All aged hoses, fittings, and 0- rings replaced at once;
⒃Provide a third – partyinspection report.
